Technically speaking, Casa Vasca is a Portuguese restaurant. The owners are from a small town on the coast of Portugal. Very similar to Spanish cuisine, the major difference being the dominance of seafood dishes.- Is follow up to post by mediate ...
Excellent Spanish food, well prepared and ample portions, in a friendly atmosphere. What more can you ask from this NJ Performing Arts Center neighbor? Reasonable prices and splendid service? It has those too. For the courageous diner, don't miss their dish of tripe and pigs feet. The sauce is so good that you'll find yourself dipping and eating so much of the wonderful bread that you'll have to take the balance of the abbundant portion home for another session the next day. Great suff! -- 12/9/2001 12:41:56 PM
